Sage 300 Functional Consultant

Job Profile
Successfully deliver Sage 300 projects for our customers. Engagement with our customer organization during various stages of the project life cycle. Troubleshoot & resolve helpdesk tickets. Communicate with the customers using various channels like emails, MS Teams etc. In addition to this, he will be also expected to deliver a great sales demonstration to our customers, if necessary.
  1. 3 to 5 years of experience on Sage 300 with clear understanding of both the technical & functional aspects is required
  2. At least 3 full life-cycle successful Sage 300 projects with references, if required.
  3. Deep understanding of the Finance & Distribution related processes & how they are delivered on Sage 300.
  4. Understanding the nuances of a project implementation methodology; the stages, milestones & their importance.

Job Profile
The role of the Project Manager will be to drive the objective of delivering successful projects within the time, cost & quality parameters. This position will be in Sharjah, UAE. Our projects range from mid-market projects which require about 3-6 months to complete & large enterprise projects with multiple solutions including integration & customization which may take more than a year to complete. In the current environment, it is necessary to deliver projects in a mixed mode i.e., on-site and remotely.
  1. Must have successfully delivered at least 10 full project life cycle ERP, HRMS, CRM with associated solution implementations. An understanding of the technology solutions including the evolving technologies will be necessary.
  2. At least 3 projects must be with more than 20 members and an implementation time span of more than 12 months
  3. Must have the ability to demonstrate the above in terms of challenges, threats, solution provided etc.
  4. Must understand ambiguities about solutions, change management and project related issues.
  5. Must have used Project management software & thorough knowledge & experience of implementation methodology.
  6. Must have completed a project management course or certification from an established institution
  7. Good student with masters in a management study from a renowned institution

  4. Ability to deal with ambiguities and sharp decision-making capabilities
