The customer is a Global Leader experiential media company, redefining the in-store retail customer experience and delivering unparalleled value to businesses and brands globally, including video music entertainment, communications, digital integration and interactivity, retail media and ad networks, digital signage, messaging, scent, and more.
The Project involves the deployment Zoho One as the core operational platform for the organization with CRM, Projects, Field Service Management and Books automating the Lead to Contract, Project Execution (Backoffice operations), On Field commissioning and Financial Management functions respectively. With operational data flowing seamlessly between these Zoho Apps Abacus will implement Zoho One to become the single repository of operational data available real time to all stakeholders and aim to reduce Manual Work and processes to an absolute minimum.
